To Finish Well · Dakota I Green LLC

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dakota I Green LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Dakota I Green," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of dakotaigreen.com, the To Finish Well course, and all related materials, emails, text messages, and community spaces (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms. Please read them too.

2. Who Can Use the Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
  • You agree to give accurate information when you sign up or check out.
  • You are responsible for your account. Keep your login private. Your account is for you alone.
  • You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you where you live.
  • You may not use the Services if U.S. sanctions or export laws prohibit us from providing them to you.

3. The Course

To Finish Well is a self-paced online course. It includes video lessons and downloadable companion materials, such as the Field Guide and Trail Markers. The course is hosted on Course Creator 360, a third-party platform.

We may update, improve, reorder, add to, or replace parts of the course over time. When we do, our goal is always to make the course better for you.

4. Founding Membership and Access

  • Free founding membership: You can join To Finish Well as a founding member at no cost until Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. We do not ask for payment information to join.
  • Joining: To join, you complete a short signup survey and create your account. Founding membership is for one person and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
  • When access opens: Your access to the course opens on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time. All videos open at once.
  • If something prevents us from opening access on November 16, 2026, we will let you know by email with the new date.

5. Pricing and Payment

Founding membership is free until the course opens. The rest of this section applies only if you buy the course or anything else from us.

  • The course is sold as a one-time payment in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout.
  • If you buy from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may convert the price into your local currency and may charge its own fees.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
  • Prices may change at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already made, and we do not owe a partial refund or credit if the price goes up or down after you buy.
  • Founding or promotional prices are available only during the period stated at the time of the offer.

Chargebacks. If you have a problem with a charge, please reach out first through our Contact Us page so we can make it right. If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, we may pause your access until it is resolved.

6. Lifetime Access and Future Updates

What "lifetime access" means. You can access To Finish Well for as long as Dakota I Green LLC offers the course. It does not mean the lifetime of any person.

If the platform or course changes. If we move the course to a different platform, we will move your access with it. If Course Creator 360 shuts down, or if we ever stop offering the course, we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email when possible and provide a way for you to download the course videos and materials for your personal use.

Future updates. All future updates to the To Finish Well course are included at no extra cost. Updates mean revisions and improvements to this course. They do not include separate programs, coaching, live events, or other products we may create, even if they cover related topics.

7. Refunds

Founding membership is free, so there is nothing to refund. The rest of this section applies only if you buy the course or anything else from us.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, do not start or finish the course, or decide the course is not a fit for you. By completing your purchase, you agree that all sales are final.

We will issue a refund only in the limited situations described in our Refund Policy: if you were charged in error, if a technical problem on our end keeps you from accessing the course and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, or where the law requires.

By completing your purchase, you agree that your access begins when you purchase and that you give up any right to cancel your purchase once your access begins, to the extent the law allows.

If a refund is issued, it is returned to your original payment method, your access to the course ends, and we ask that you delete any downloaded materials.

8. Founding Member Extras and Personal Contact

Founding members are people who join before the course opens, by Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. In addition to the course, founding members receive:

  • Live Monday Nights: four live group calls with Dakota at 7:00 p.m. Central Time on November 23, November 30, December 7, and December 14, 2026.
  • Recordings of each Live Monday Night, posted in a founders-only channel inside The Campfire.
  • Monday Trail Guide emails during the weeks of Live Monday Nights.
  • Access to the founders-only channel inside The Campfire.

These extras are group teaching and discussion. They are not counseling, therapy, or one-on-one coaching. If we need to change the date or time of a call, we will let founding members know in The Campfire or by email. If the founding group grows large, we may change how Live Monday Nights run, such as gathering questions ahead of time. People who join after the founding deadline do not receive these extras.

Recorded calls. Live Monday Nights are recorded. If you join a call, your name, voice, image, and anything you share may appear in the recording, which is shared only with founding members. You may keep your camera off if you prefer.

Personal contact. From time to time, Dakota may personally reach out to students by call, email, or message. Any such contact is an optional courtesy. It is not part of what you receive, is not guaranteed, and is not counseling, therapy, or professional advice.

9. How You May Use the Course

When you purchase, we give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the course for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

  • Watch the course videos on your account.
  • Download and print the companion materials for your own personal use.
  • Take notes and apply what you learn in your own life.

You may not:

  • Share your login or let anyone else use your account.
  • Copy, record, screen-capture, or download videos, except through a download option we provide.
  • Post, upload, sell, rent, give away, or distribute any part of the course or its materials.
  • Show or teach the course to a group, small group, church, class, ministry, or business without a group license from us.
  • Create a course, product, or presentation based on our materials.
  • Use any part of the course to train artificial intelligence or machine learning tools.
  • Remove any copyright or ownership notices from the materials.

Group and church use. Want to use To Finish Well with a small group, church, ministry, or organization? Use our Contact Us page to ask about a group license.

10. Ownership of Content

All content in the Services belongs to Dakota I Green LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes the videos, scripts, story film, characters, artwork, music, Field Guide, Trail Markers, workbook exercises, teaching frameworks as expressed and organized in the course, and the To Finish Well name and branding.

Buying the course gives you a license to use it as described in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you. All rights not expressly given to you are reserved.

Scripture taken from the New King James Version®. Copyright © 1982 by Thomas Nelson. Used by permission. All rights reserved.

11. Feedback, Surveys, and Testimonials

Surveys. As a founding member, you answer a short signup survey when you join, and we invite you to answer short surveys after each section of the course and at the end. In exchange for founding membership, we ask you to complete these surveys and share honest feedback. You may skip any question you would rather not answer.

Your survey answers stay private unless you give us permission to share them. We may share summary results that do not identify you, such as average ratings, and when we do, we will say how and when the answers were collected.

Feedback. If you share feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you give us permission to use them to improve our courses and Services, without payment or credit to you.

Testimonials. We will only use your words publicly, such as in a testimonial or on our website, with your permission. You choose how you are named: your first name and town, or your first name only. Because founding members receive the course at no cost, any founding member testimonial we share will say so. You may withdraw your permission for future use at any time through our Contact Us page.

12. Community and Comments

Some parts of the Services may let you post comments or take part in a community space. To keep it a safe place to grow, you agree to:

  • Treat others with kindness and respect.
  • Not post anything harassing, hateful, threatening, sexual, or unlawful.
  • Not spam, advertise, or sell products or services.
  • Not share anyone else's private information or anything they shared in confidence.
  • Not copy or share other members' posts or any course content outside the Services.

Please think before you share. Other members can see what you post, and we cannot guarantee that everyone will keep it private. Members' posts reflect their own views, not ours.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it within the Services. We may remove any post, and suspend or remove any member, that we believe breaks these rules.

Campfire Guidelines and removal. You also agree to follow the Campfire Guidelines posted in the community. If you break these rules or the Campfire Guidelines, we may remove your post, give you a warning, or limit your participation. If you break them repeatedly, or in a single serious way such as threats, harassment, or sharing someone else's private information, we may permanently remove you from The Campfire, including any founders-only channel, live calls, and recordings posted there.

Removal from The Campfire does not end your access to the course itself. If you are removed, we will continue to provide the course videos and materials through a separate access link outside of our usual course platform. You will no longer be able to view or post in The Campfire or take part in its live events.

13. Educational and Spiritual Content — Not Professional Advice

To Finish Well offers biblical teaching, spiritual encouragement, and guided reflection. It is for educational and spiritual growth purposes only.

Dakota I Green is not a licensed counselor, therapist, psychologist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing in the Services is counseling, therapy, medical or mental health care, or legal or financial advice. The course is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional, or for the pastoral care and community of a local church.

Some lessons invite you to reflect on personal experiences. If something brings up a difficult issue, please reach out to a qualified professional or a trusted pastor for support.

Any decisions you make about your career, ministry, finances, health, or relationships are your own, and you are responsible for them.

14. No Guaranteed Results

Every person's journey is different. Your growth depends on your own effort, your circumstances, and God's work in your life. For that reason, we cannot and do not promise any specific spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, or career result.

Any stories or testimonials we share describe one person's experience. They are not promises or typical results.

15. Emails and Text Messages

Email. We send transactional emails, such as receipts and access details. We also send course updates and marketing emails when you opt in or as permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Transactional emails will continue while you have an account.

Text messages. If you provide your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Dakota I Green LLC at that number.

  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or visit our Contact Us page.
  • Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You confirm that you are the account holder for the number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Course Creator 360, payment processors, and email and text message providers. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for their services, outages, or errors.

17. Availability of the Services

We work to keep the Services available, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be paused for maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control.

18. Suspension and Termination

If you break these Terms, including by sharing your account or distributing course content, we may suspend or end your access. Breaking the community rules is handled as described in Section 12.

You may stop using the Services at any time. To close your account, use our Contact Us page.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after your access ends will continue, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

19. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAKOTA I GREEN LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some states and countries do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dakota I Green LLC and its owners, members, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or content you post.

22. Resolving Disagreements

Talk to us first. If you have a concern, please describe the issue through our Contact Us page. We will both make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally within 30 days.

If it is not resolved. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Otherwise, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Oklahoma, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Where the Services are offered. The Services are operated from Oklahoma in the United States and are offered to people in the United States. Prices are in U.S. dollars. If you access or buy from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative, and you agree that these Terms and the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States govern your use of the Services, to the extent the law where you live allows. You are responsible for following any local laws that apply to you.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will also let you know by email or on our website. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not reduce the refund rights that applied when you made your purchase.

24. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the full agreement between you and us about the Services.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce part of these Terms right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example, as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • Headings. Section headings are for convenience only.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

The short version: We collect only what we need to deliver the course, serve you well, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your personal information. We never share your mobile number or text message consent with anyone for their marketing.

  • Community posts and comments: anything you post in community spaces or comment areas.
  • Live call recordings: your name, voice, image, and anything you share, if you join a recorded live call.

  • Course activity: which lessons you start and complete.
  • Email activity: whether you open our emails and which links you click.
  • Cookies and similar tools: see Section 7.

Information from other sources

  • Payment confirmations from our payment processors, and account or activity information from the platforms that host our Services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver the course, give you access, and manage your account.
  • Process payments and refunds, if you buy from us.
  • Send receipts, access details, course updates, and important notices.
  • Send marketing emails and text messages, when you have agreed or as the law allows.
  • Answer your questions and provide support.
  • Understand how people use the Services, so we can improve the course and the website.
  • Understand where students start and how they grow through the course, using survey answers, and share summary results that do not identify anyone.
  • Measure how well our marketing works and show relevant ads, if you allow cookies that support this.
  • Run community spaces and keep them safe.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
  • Follow the law, including tax and accounting rules.

4. Faith and Personal Reflections You Share

To Finish Well is a Christian course. Some lessons, surveys, and community spaces invite you to reflect on your faith and personal experiences. What you choose to share may reveal your religious beliefs or other personal matters.

Sharing this kind of information is always your choice. We use it only to provide and improve the course and to support your experience. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to target ads to you.

Your survey answers stay private unless you give us permission to share them. We may share summary results that do not identify you, such as average ratings, and when we do, we will say how and when the answers were collected.

We will only use your words publicly, such as in a testimonial, with your permission. You choose how you are named: your first name and town, or your first name only.

Please remember that anything you post in a community space can be seen by other members. Share only what you are comfortable with others seeing.

5. Text Messages and Your Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use your number to send you the messages you signed up for. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or visit our Contact Us page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your mobile number only with the text message service providers that send our messages for us, and only so they can deliver those messages.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers: companies that help us run the Services, such as Course Creator 360 (our course and website platform), payment processors, email and text message providers, and analytics and advertising tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Legal reasons: when we believe the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our students, the public, or Dakota I Green LLC.
  • Business changes: if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may be transferred as part of that change. This Privacy Policy will continue to protect it.
  • With your permission: in any other situation, only when you agree.

7. Cookies and Tracking Tools

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to:

  • Make the site work: keep you logged in and process your purchase. These are required.
  • Understand use: see which pages people visit and how they move through the site, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Measure and improve marketing: see whether our ads work and show relevant ads on other sites and apps, using tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tools.

Your cookie choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block required cookies, parts of the site may not work.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info, and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our Services do not currently respond to them.

8. Your Choices

  • Marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. You will still receive receipts and important account notices.
  • Text messages: reply STOP at any time.
  • Your account: you can update your information in your account settings or through our Contact Us page.

9. Your Privacy Rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Give you a copy of your information.

To make a request, send a message through our Contact Us page and include the words "Privacy Request." We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires.

Some information we may need to keep even after a deletion request, such as purchase records required for tax purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, your access to the course will end.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. We will honor those rights as the law requires. We will never treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

10. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to provide the Services. We keep purchase and payment records as long as tax and accounting laws require. Feedback may be kept in a form that no longer identifies you, so we can keep improving the course. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

11. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on trusted service providers that use industry-standard security. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

12. Age Requirement

The Services are for adults 18 and older. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us information, please let us know through our Contact Us page.

13. If You Live Outside the United States

The Services are operated from the United States and are offered to people in the United States. If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative. Your information will be stored and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may be different from the laws where you live. By using the Services, you agree to this.

14. Links to Other Websites

The Services may link to other websites or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not cover them. Please read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will also let you know by email or on our website.
